Story: Terminal House

August was deeply attached to Riddle, who came before him, when he was younger. When Riddle left the world after finding his answer, August was left alone at an unusually young age. Suddenly finding himself with Kira relying on him is difficult for him to accept for a long time. He tends to hoard things that have significance to his past (like Riddle's scarf and glasses). He refuses to let go of the past, and therefore can't move towards the future. It is for this reason that Kira is worried that he's heading towards becoming a Lost Case.
He doesn't want to admit it, but he is moved by Kira's ability to find wonder in the smallest of things. He wishes he were more like Kira, but thinking about that only forces him to dwell on his own shortcomings.
His demon is in his stomach, and his sin is "Wanting".
