MOMO

(Yukio and Momo were originally made for a Loveless Club mascot contest on Mangabullet. They didn't win, so I adopted them lol.)
Momo and Yukio both attend a special middle school for gifted students. It’s a boarding school, and Yukio lives together with Momo in an off-campus complex owned by the school that is more like apartments than dormrooms. The school focuses on training its students in “wordcraft”, which is a bit like negotiation except the emphasis is on choosing words for precise impact. The best wordcrafters are said to be able to control people. Those trained in this specially generally go on to work for governments or independent agencies that step in to resolve large conflicts, etc. (this is really the only setup these characters get. I’m not really going to make a story with them any time soon.)
Momo is mature for his age, and pretty much a well-oiled machine; efficient, mathematical, never saying more words than he needs to. However, all this concentration is broken when he is around Yukio, which is confusing and frustrating for him. This is concerning for their teachers as well, who can tell that Momo has the makings of a top student.

Around Yukio, Momo is rather tsundere lol. He won't admit it, but he really likes it when Yukio pets his ears.
