Steven's older brother. He started the "game" of hiding his gender at around the same time their parents were killed in an accident. "Stacy" is his assumed name, which he liked enough to keep using. He quit school so he could take care of Steven. He eventually grew out of the game, though he still has a lot of feminine habits.
He is very serious about protecting Steven's identity so Steven can grow out of the game him/herself. He is glowing with pride at the fact that even though they are poor, Steven got a scholarship to the expensive Swanson-Windhill Academy.
