He's another biomechanical android made by THEM, and quite a beautiful machine at that. His sole purpose in existing was to erase Sissumi. He is far more advanced than her, and lacks the human personality component that she has. There are second irises just like Sissumi's on the back of BOTH of his eyes.
He believes that humans are worth about the same as mosquitoes. In battle, he is brutal and ruthless with a smile. But his lack of human personality makes him fundamentally less adaptable than Sissumi.
