Appearing mysteriously and acting secretively is the name of Tsuyo's game, though you would never expect him to be the shady type from his silly behavior. He lives in Lily's house along with Sissumi. When he shows up, he takes on a lot of the work at Lily's house (taking care of her mom, cleaning, etc). That combined with his maintenance of Sissumi and stuff keeps him very busy. It's exhausting work, but he doesn't complain at all. He acts fatherly towards Sissumi and, to a degree, Lily. He has a good sense of humor and can make friends with anyone, but he's actually quite secretive.
In his more serious side, he seems enchanted with destruction and considers it beautiful (though as he says, "not in a practical sense, of course"). He is often openly excited while Sissumi is in battle.
He was on the original development team for Sissumi when he was still with THEM. It was predetermined by the society at his birth that he would be a top programmer for THEM. He came to join her soon after she betrayed THEM, and therefore he is now wanted, as well as Sissumi. Apparently, he had a lover on THEM's mothership.
